Many like a natural, holistic system of treating hair loss, especially considering the fact that some prescription medications used to treat hair loss are understood to be harmful to pregnant women. Some are also so unsafe that expecting ladies should not even touch them! Vitamins, however, are much safer and also more cost-effective. Ladies with iron deficiencies commonly have zinc inadequacies too, so if you want to take extra iron, you might also need additional zinc.
